Lisa Andrews

Equilibrium Retreats

Under Lisa’s expert training I have accomplished goals I truly never expected to reach. My agility, flexibility and athleticism have improved steadily since I began working with her a number of years ago. I compete twice a week, playing full court basketball, and now after working with Lisa I can do so without the use of ibuprofen and without pain in the knees or anywhere else the day after. My posture continues to improve and I’m convinced that a lifestyle based on fitness is the best way to have a healthy, active and physically-satisfying life beyond the age of 60.

Lisa takes personal training to a whole new level: she not only helps you with your goals, but researches any concerns you have and adds the results into your program, all with the goal of improving your health.
-Suellen S.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In Lisa, you get a trainer, physical therapist, and coach all in one. In my case, she has continually found new ways to build strength and flexibility, all with the goal of improving posture and elevating performance and endurance in my favorite sports—golf and skiing. Lisa is remarkable at diagnosing physical ailments and understanding your needs.
Lisa has been a fantastic coach for exercise, nutrition, and general well-being.  She has taught me how to eat better and live a healthier life-style.  She customizes your workout routine based on what you want to achieve - your needs and goals.  When those needs change, so does the workout program.  I’ve lost about 20 lbs working with Lisa, and I never could have done it without her.  (I tried for 5 years with no luck.)  I can’t say enough positive things – I highly recommend her!
Walter Bacigalupo
Coaching and Consulting with Individuals and Organizations
I have known Walter Bacigalupo for several years as a friend and employer, as well as a fellow poet and creative thinker. As a trade, I edited Walter's recent book of poems and he offered to do a session with me. I was unsure of what strategies and methods Walter would use, but I tried to remain open-minded about his desire to help me. It's easy to remain open around Walter, he's that type of personality and it is an asset he should be proud of as his warmth and listening skills are conducive to creating a constructive, relaxing atmosphere during his work.
I was seeking new light shed on old problems and conflicts that drag me down and sometimes follow me around--family problems, self-image and artistic direction were the chief, identified conflicts at the time. The work Walter and I did together was eye-opening because I felt I could lay out the feelings and reactions I consistently experience in relations to various problems and Walter offered new perspectives on those old problems and the cycles of my thought processes and emotions. I brought several objects that seemed important to me and Walter had me arrange them around me on the floor. By talking about the objects and their significance to me, we addressed other more personal issues that arose in those discussions. Together we noticed how a sense of playfulness seemed to be important to me as I consistently felt most comfortable with objects involved with games or playing. Through our subsequent discussion, this revealed to me that I tend to take emotional problems very, very seriously while in actuality they mightn’t be any more serious than a parking ticket or easily remedied problem. I allow emotional connections and conflicts to build up in me as if they are life or death situations and that is unrealistic and damaging for me. Often the emotional conflicts I'm experiencing, covertly and overtly, are no more serious than a game, and that while respecting certain rules I can benefit from treating problems more like a game and less like vastly important conflicts.
Walter, as I've said, is a very welcoming person with great listening skills. His questions are respectful yet direct enough to cause self-reflection and his genuine concern was evident from start to finish during the session. Knowing some of what Walter has gone through in his own life, I am impressed to see him take his own challenging experiences, his own suffering, and turn it into a positive that another person might benefit from. I'm grateful for the time Walter and I worked together and I wish him all the best in his continued work with those searching for a deeper and more conscious experience.
--Dave
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The energy work that Walter does truly speaks to a person in the present as well as opens a door for what can be possible in the future.  His ability to be extremely present during a session allows for questions that truly assist an individual with digging deeper. In my session with Walter, I brought objects that represented different areas of my life and were meaningful to me.  With his guidance, I was able to understand even more about what the objects represented - they truly helped me to make more connections with what was happening in my life. I left the session with an incredible sense of knowing more about my life journey.

After first working with Walter, I asked if he would feel comfortable working with my eight year old son.  He was very willing to work with him and my son left the session with an incredible presence about him - he seemed to feel confident in who he was. Walter has much to offer with his energy work - truly a gift to those embracing their own journey.

Nathalie Blitz

       Vitamin N - Integrative Nutrition Counseling and Thai Yoga Massage Therapy

I decided I wanted to work with a nutritionist to learn to eat better and to gain support in my (constant) quest to loose weight. Two things happened almost immediately – 1) I learned that Nathalie is much MUCH more than “just a nutritionist” and 2) when you have the support and understanding of a qualified nutritionist that constantly thinks outside the box, loosing weight becomes a far second to simply learning more about your body and what you put in it.

Each and every session I had with Nathalie provided me with new and interesting discoveries and information about health, nutrition and the human body. Her style of teaching is that of a coach, someone who is supporting you and encouraging you to take the tools and information she gives you and move forward in your progress independently rather than someone who simply gives you information and wishes you luck! She is a partner with every step of her program.

I plan on “continuing my education” with Nathalie and hope to enlighten many of my friends and family with her expertise. And one more thing – she is amazing at Thai Yoga Massage!!

Thank you!
LW, Wayland

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Meeting Nathalie has been the most inspiring thing that has happened to me in the past few years! People come into your life for a reason and Nathalie came to me to prove that I could be free of pain and anguish both physically and emotionally. She has an infectious sense of joy and well-being and is also adept at understanding where I am at a given time and space. Whether it is her massage techniques or yoga encouragement or her healthy lifestyle initiatives Nathalie is someone anyone can learn from and it is a gift to be in her presence. I would be remiss to not mention how a massage with Nathalie provides the body/mind a new beginning......
See you soon,
Yvonne Baehr-Robertson
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Working with Nathalie has improved my quality of life. From the Thai Yoga massages that improve my physical AND mental health to the nutritional counseling that has made me much more aware of the importance of what/when/how I eat, meeting Nathalie has been a blessing.

Have a blessed day,
Brian Gentry

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was driving by on Main Street in Watertown and noticed a sign at a yoga place that also offered massages. I decided to check and discovered they offered Thai massages which sounded interesting so I booked an appointment. That’s how I met Nathalie more than 3 years ago and I’ve been a dedicated client ever since that chance meeting.
Nathalie is an exceptional massage therapist; she knows exactly where I need special attention and is able make me feel “normal” again after each session. A relationship between a client and her massage therapist requires trust and I trust her explicitly. She has the ability to make me feel comfortable and relaxed without even trying. I can’t tell you how many times prior to our sessions where I’m tensed, stressed and just feeling out of sorts, but after an hour and half with her I feel like I can do backflips or climb Mt. Everest (I don’t, but I feel I can…).
I’ve gone to many massage therapists before, some I’ve liked and some I’ll never go back to, but she’s the only one I’ve had such a long-time relationship with. I’ve recently recommended her to my family & friends as I’ve been a bit selfish and wanted to make sure she had time for me. So far the feedback I’ve received from family and friends is they also think she is fabulous!
Dear Nathalie,
Thank YOU for bringing us all together for a healthy Thursday evening!  I had such a nice time listening, laughing and learning more about myself and my friends. I have definitely noticed a difference in my energy (I have stayed away from white potatoes, pasta and bread since Friday morning and I feel really good. Also - I am sleeping well. I only wake at night if Christian stirs (which is less frequent now since his digestive tract is a probably less tight).
I look forward to seeing you again in the near future (as are the other ladies). I think you did a wonderful job managing us and our crazy sense of humor.  One of the most important things you did was make everyone feel important.  I never felt like you had somewhere else to be (even though it was late at the end of a work week).  You allowed everyone the time she needed to share her thoughts, needs and questions.  I also loved how you asked us what we thought we could do before giving us advice.
It is powerful to meet someone that is doing what she is passionate about.  I will be in touch. My family thanks you.
Peace,
Elizabeth Goranson
I am so grateful to have found a Thai massage therapist such as yourself. Your creativity shines through your technique and your touch is one that both guides and listens. Thanks to our treatments I have acquired more flexibility in my life: Physically, my joints and muscles have opened; Emotionally, I am more centered and flexible to life's challenges. Your intuition never ceases to amaze me as you always know exactly where I am holding tension in my body. Through our sessions I am able to let go of the stress. I have received and studied Thai massage both in the US and in Thailand. A session with you unites all that I have experienced in parts with other therapists.
Nathalie,
I hope that your other clients tell you what an amazing job you do...you appear to "give your all" when you do the Thai massage and find desperately needed areas to either remove soreness or add drained energy.
Hi Nathalie,
I  just wanted to thank you for your help, you've been such a great inspiration to me and in helping me kick my bad habits. I really appreciate you and your guidance and good nature and i just wanted to say thanks. I think with you I'll be able to make a big change in my diet and with my lifestyle....as I know I don't have too much to work on but if you could just get me over the idea of eating bad things i will be forever grateful to you.
Take care,
Karen
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As a 55 year old woman who is healthy and reasonably fit, I wasn't sure that I needed nutrition counseling with Nathalie. I decided to give it a try and now, as I am about to sign up for my second session, I realize that my previous knowledge was generalized and not geared to my own body. I have learned a great deal about the Ayurvedic and Chinese approaches to nutrition, but Nathalie has adapted many of these principals so that her suggestions are practical and easy to  integrate into my lifestyle. I highly recommend Nathalie to anyone who is interested in achieving and maintaining good health.

Joanne is insightful, honest and kind - crucial traits in a person whose job it is to come into your home or business and help sort out the quagmire!  You know how when you try to turn your chaos into order it often results in more chaos along the way?  Joanne has a wonderful way of guiding this process which keeps it from being overwhelming, yet our work together truly transformed our office space and business processes, as well as parts of our living space.  It all works better.  She's a master at separating the wheat from the chaff.  She comes in with her outside perspective, really listens to you and studies the situation, and is able to intuit the big picture and identify priorities.  Even though it's a lot of work, the process is fun because it's a thrill to feel empowered to make tangible changes in areas where we've been so stuck - and also, Joanne keeps it fun because she's a pleasure to work with!

I experienced Joanne as facilitator in a weekend workshop. Joanne's presence, patience, and insight provided me with an opportunity to feel safe and trusting. Her ability to connect with people on a deep and energetic level is a gift that I witnessed. She has helped me to realize a shift in my spiritual path.

Theresa, Arlington, MA

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It is difficult to put the work Joanne and I have done together in to words.  She has helped me so much over the years, that to go in to the detail would take pages.  My mother was recently diagnosed with Stage IV, inoperable lung cancer.   She is my sole surviving parent, as I lost my father 15 years ago.   Joanne has witnessed and guided me through much of my work around both my parents and knows the intricacies of those relationships.  My mom and I have struggled with enmeshment of our identities in our relationship from the moment I was probably conceived, but definitely from when I was born. Then, my mother suffered with alcoholism for many years.  Once she found sobriety 7 years ago, my mom and I have both worked hard to repair and heal our relationship to a healthy mother/daughter one.  To say this diagnosis launched me in to crisis is an understatement.  However, through the work I have done with Joanne and our mentor, I was able to find Self and really be present with everything that was going on.  Joanne was my touch-point!
Whatever I needed to talk about, I called her.  Even though I was in California and it was late on the East Coast, I knew she would be there for me. She could hear where I was energetically, when the little one in me needed some tending to, she helped me honor what an amazing job the true Me was doing staying centered and connected with everything that was going on.  Also, I have just begun my path to becoming a coach, facilitator, guide or whatever journey I take.  I began doing a lot of guided imagery, energy, and meditation work with my mom.  Joanne was a huge resource of ideas of images and meditations to use with my mom.  Joanne is an AMAZING woman with so much to offer.  I consider it a special gift to have her in my life!
Julie, Stamford, CT
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

For over a decade Joanne has been my life coach.  From the beginning, I found myself telling Joanne my life story with such ease, knowing that I would not be judged.  Every bit of advice and each observation resonates with me at one time or another, impacting my life for the better.  Even when I don’t agree with Joanne, her insightfulness and intuition are right on the money.  Now that she is in the right place in her life, others will be able to benefit from her knowledge, life experience, and wisdom.  My life would be very different had I not met Joanne, and I am thankful
for her.

Beth Sutton

         Parenting Consultant - Educator

My life felt like a mess and out of my control with my husband, my children, my elderly parents, and unresolved childhood issues. I turned to Beth for help and I have been so very glad that I did.

What I did NOT get was someone telling me what to do. What I found instead was someone who was present with me as I surveyed the wreckage of my life. I want to restate that for emphasis. With the power of her presence, Beth made me aware of my own presence and clarity. She helped me to map the terrain of my inner world so I could have a visual representation of where the path to clarity lay for me. I have taken this map and made a full color drawing that I often consult when I am trying to determine whether it is my wisdom or the fear of a past hurt that is leading me. I feel that before our work together, I was mired in helplessness, continually chasing my tail. Beth has helped me to feel my way to slowing down and connecting with my wisdom and my beautiful smiling children. I am forever grateful to her for the work we have done together. It is not an overstatement to say that working with her has changed my life.

Nadine, Baltimore, MD

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For conscientious and dedicated parents everywhere, who are seeking a holistically integrated life journey for themselves and their children, I highly recommend Beth Sutton's consulting services.
Beth is gifted with exceptional listening skills, endless depths of wisdom, love and compassion, and has profound insight into human nature and the universal truths that connect us all.
She draws from extensive professional and personal life experience and has unparalleled understanding and knowledge of health and healing, personal development and well being, motherhood, family life, child development, and education, making her poised to advise on any challenge one might face as a parent.
Through Enki Education and ongoing, private consultations with Beth we have been able to awaken, strengthen and affirm our innate capacities to parent our children, trusting and using our own intuition as the leading navigational compass. With Beth's guidance we are better able to evaluate options in a contemporary sea of information and offerings, and to continue to make decisions and choices from a core of values that we define as most important and life sustaining for our family. Beth's assistance always provides us with perspective, focus and calm, as we face our sometimes overwhelming parenting roles. Her sense of humor and lightness of being reminds us not to get lost in the issues at hand, her deep grounding keeps us focused on achieving realistic balance within our given life parameters, and her gentle and kind persistence guides us back to activities that nourish the life force within ourselves, so that our children in turn can source from us.
To work with Beth is to give yourself, your spouse and your children a gift for life, and she provides the support we all deserve and need as we meet the demands of our very important jobs as parents, raising our children and caring deeply about their future and the future of mankind.
Grete from California
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I needed help with sorting through the myriad of behavioral and learning problems after seeking out many other consultants and practitioners.  Being desperate to help our special needs daughter and rarely relying on my instincts, I requested a consultation with Beth.  From the beginning, Beth has given meaning and direction to what had seemed bewildering and overwhelming. It does not seem like she is on the other end of the phone; it seems as if she is right in our home without all the heaviness of the subjective thoughts.  She listens, then she listens, and she might listen again. And then she asks questions from such a grounded, experienced place.

Then comes the all important time of listening to her. When she speaks it is as if listening to the secrets of the ocean with the wisdom that the tides bring to the shore. She brings forth not a clinician's answer but a deep sense of what is going on in the child.  At this time, it is as if a new birth has taken place for me - what was just too much to weed through, vanished; what arises is a calm sense of knowing what to do.

From these consultations, I have new eyes to see our child in ways that support and help her. It happens every time. Every time - and I have been consulting with Beth for four years. Just like the tide rolling in, a sacred understanding that is constant like the tide happens every time.

Thank you so much for our talk today.  It is very rare that I even breath word that my son was ever sick and even more rare that I tell the entire story.  I have never explained his illness to someone through his eyes.  To be really honest, the experience was so painful for me that I have never thought that his view of the events might have been okay.  In fact I have tried very hard to not talk about his illness at all because it has been so painful to recall.  But now I feel different......Thank you, I feel talking with you about that event has lifted some weight off my heart and given me the power to see his experience as his own without my clouded painful memories.  I didn't think we would be working on maternal healing today, but somehow we did.  Thank you......

Accessing Your Male Energy - a workshop for men

Facilitated by Adrian Wilkins and Walter Bacigalupo

Thank you for showing me how to access my male energy!  Thanks for showing me that things don't need to be difficult for me to enjoy success.  I go through my workday now with a lot more ease and confidence.  Thanks for the tools to remind me  to "Allow myself" to enjoy my efforts.  These tools have come in handy in the last two weeks since the "Accessing Your Male Energy" workshop.  I'm now very aware of when I choke back my male energy.  I quickly allow my male energy freedom using the tools you both taught.

Angelo, Arlington MA

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The workshop was very succinct and to the point.  It was the right time and the right place for where I am now and I find that, due to its simplicity, I am better able to focus on the feeling of not struggling and trying to recapture that feeling as many moments of the day as possible.  Thank you.
Lenny, Newton MA
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Adrian and Walter make a great team and have an effective technique for us men to tap into our male power.  We each had a try at it and you could see the difference in each guy’s face.  It was a great feeling to know you could access this power whenever you want.  As a man, it’s rare to find other like minded men to share this type of work in a safe supportive environment.  Thanks again to Adrian and Walter and I hope they continue with more male oriented workshops.

Thank you for organizing the Men's Group. I was moved, very deeply, by the experience. My reflections are below.

All arrived, tangled in shoelaces bought in Boystown.

But within the arms of two men, arms compassionate and firm with
wisdom, each of us transformed.

Our faces, a photograph of struggle, leaped, laughed, and lightened to
essence. And man-by-man, we learned to allow - and left as brothers.

Journeys of the Spirit

Facilitated by Samvedam Randles

WOW!  What an adventure, what a gift.  For me the Vision Quest was about going within, listening to the stillness and my guides.  I felt perfectly safe and that the entire adventure was held in a very sacred manner by Samvedam.  Samvedam and Maya worked very well together to guide and counsel me through my quest.  They were both very helpful in my process.  The location was magical and so beautiful.  I highly recommend this Vision Quest and know that any trip guided by Samvedam would be wonderful.

Thank you so much, Samvedam and Maya.

Linda, August 2010

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It’s been almost two months since returning from the Vision Quest, and I am still in awe and ever so grateful I attended, was open to what I needed, and pushed myself through my own fears. I went to the Badlands in hopes of burying the self-critical part of myself that made living so painful–physically and emotionally. “Burying” is not the right word for what happened on this trip; “transformed” is more accurate. I came home to/re-mothered/re-birthed myself while on my Vision Quest. My chronic joint pain is gone; and the compassion and self-love I feel still holds me steady and strong.
As for the facilitators, Samvedam and Maya are skilled, flexible, and capable women. As a psychotherapist, I know all that goes in to preparing and facilitating a group process, especially one of this nature. Samvedam is intuitive, kind, honest, and wise. I would not have attended this Vision Quest with anyone else leading it.
The line in the Vision Quest book that decided this trip for me: “In dying I had to let go of the old ways of seeing myself and place my faith in the unknown.” The ‘unknown’ I found–the essence of me–is better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you to the wonderful women who attended and dared, to the people who organized all the details, and to that golden eagle that answered my question.
Judy, August 2010
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have tried to write and write and write to express my experience as a result of this mind blowing, heart touching, renewing life event. In celebration of my 60th year I wanted to connect with a horse and to meet myself in a deeper way. I did both, beyond my wildest dreams. Of course, it is always best to go in with no expectations. In trying to keep this short, I must give kudos to Samvedam and Maya for the insight and processes that they held for each of us collectively and individually. The rituals offered helped to support and comfort, especially considering the level of anticipation that is present proceeding one’s launch into the wilderness alone for three days and three nights (sans food). The whole ten days unfolded as was meant to be.

Buckley my horse – and I, did have a connection of trust and power like I have never before experienced. My actual three days of fast and quest opened me to a sensitivity free of limiting beliefs and noise where the connection to nature was filled with metaphors for living and relating to my life going forward most of all I did I meet myself, like I never would have believed possible.

All I can say is ‘I love you so much’ was never before part of my vocabulary to myself.

This quest was a gift, the other participants were a gift to my process, the leaders were a gift in their support and expertise, the horses and the ranchers were a gift to our quirks and needs, the location and vista was a gift, and the lore of the land was a gift. I can’t say enough of how this was the best present ever, so far in my life. If anyone reading this is questioning and/or held in check by fear, I say just do it, the fears will be met and you will not regret it.

Liz E., August 2010

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There was a moment the day after the vision quest where I had an epiphany: for the first time since I was very very young, I felt absolutely perfect. I was so proud of myself, not because “I did it,” not because I survived for three days on my own in the wilderness, but because I was me. I realized, I like myself. I am perfect just the way I am. Of course I had told myself this before, and it sounds so simple to think or say. But to actually experience pure and utter acceptance of the self is truly uplifting. The vision quest is not about surviving, or skirting death. It is about finding Life, and filling oneself up with Spirit. The facilitators of this journey were absolutely fantastic. They had intuitive insight on where and how I needed help on my quest, and were able to subtly guide me in precisely the manner necessary to get me through. I not only recommend a vision quest for someone who is seeking inner clarity, but I recommend this particular quest with these particular facilitators.
Rousing Intuition: Listening to Your Inner Clarity
Facilitated by Beth Sutton
The Rousing Intuition workshop was a wonderful experience.  During one of the exercises, literally staring me in the face was the way in which I often second-guess my intuition. In learning more about typographies, I came to find that I was using them to narrowly define myself and came to understand how people can approach one task with different energies, emotions and senses.  In learning how I can create a pause in my definitions and assumptions, I found I could be more mindful and more open in my reactions to my children and others.   In the weeks since the workshop, I am still thinking about all that I learned and have enjoyed approaching my life and interactions with more understanding and openness.
Alyssa from Texas
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Well it's been three weeks since my weekend in Rhode Island and honestly my intuition is still being aroused. Over the course of three days I was able to go inward and learn about me, the person that often gets lost in the busyness of being a parent and a bread-winner.  I have thought about the work I did with Beth that weekend and feel like I have a better understanding of myself, and the powerful currents within me that shape what I believe to be true about my world and my relationships. I also learned that given the opportunity I can still dance my ass off!

Lynn from New York

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What I connected to most at the Rousing Intuition Workshop was the understanding that the parenting all begins with me. Understanding myself and trusting my inner wisdom are my ultimate guides. Beth has awonderful way of putting you at ease and making it all seem doable. Her openness, honesty, and sense of humor allowed me to realize that this is a long, beautiful journey and not perfection to be achieved. After the workshop, I was able to relax more and realize we can just enjoy the ride.
Ron from New York
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Wow.  I have attended many workshops.  None have provided the unique, creative experience that Rousing Intuition IS.  Over the course of the workshop we moved beyond conceptual ideas to being immersed in the different ways we learn, experience, and interact with the world.  With this experience, doors were opened to deeper questioning and clear seeing of what arises in others and myself.

As a presenter, Beth Sutton is a supportive guide.  Through the format of the workshop, and facilitated by her experience,  the participants are supported in opening to new learning.  Through real life experiences Beth provides living examples of the content.   A true honoring and experience of connecting to our intuition.

The learning from Rousing Intuition is relevant to me in my own personal growth and will open doors in my work as a parent, home schooling teacher, and midwife.

Amy from Colorado

I think it's a testament to this work that it draws such an interesting group of people--intelligent, sincere, open, and fun. I've never had an experience like this before--a whole weekend designed to help me understand myself better and trust myself more. I can see how this understanding will help me be more open and confident not just with my children, but with other people in general. At the same time, the activities were so much fun!

What's Next?! Workshop

Facilitated by Joanne Lutz

I am so glad I listened to my instincts about doing this program a SECOND time!  I really feel like I put everything I had into it and got more than I could have ever imagined out of it.

Valerie Tyler (Spring 2009 & 2011)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To tell what I have accomplished during What's Next?! Workshop will make it sound too good to be true.  With all of the therapy and personal growth work I have done, I've always felt that the bridge to bring it into my everyday life was hard to find.  Joanne has created that bridge with the What's Next?! series.  She helps participants bring together all of the work they've already done and use it to take hold of the life they want with their own courage, humor and self compassion.
Beth Sutton (Autumn 2010)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks to this workshop and my own hard work, I am embarking on a dream trip and career!  I learned to become aware of when the child within me, tries to take care of the adult me, and to shift the order of love back to its rightful place.  Thanks, Joanne, for the loving, compassionate and non-judgmental facilitation - the intimacy I felt with this group was one of the best parts for me.

BM, Marblehead, MA (Autumn 2010)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"What's Next?!" was TRANSFORMATIONAL for me!  The way the course has been designed is amazing...each day is structured to build upon the last.  I have done an immense amount of personal growth work; however, I don't think I would have reached this level of living in core, authenticity and striving to manifest my intentions and gifts if I had not taken the "What's Next?!" course!
Julie Punishill (Spring 2010)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have done a lot of personal growth workshops and found this series incredibly exhilarating and growth producing.  I am learning to trust my own process and find what's next, not through struggle, but through the joy of trust and growth.  In this process, I let go of my 36 year home, bought a condo with my future wife, and started a new coaching business.  How is that for What's Next?!

Walter Bacigalupo (Spring 2010)

Life is a journey and there is always something "next" in everyone's future.  For me, this series helped me to discover that I have a lot to offer...and it is inside of me!  I learned that I am deserving of my own respect and attention, and now have tools to truly listen to and care for me.  I found the facilitators to be respectful, encouraging and open.  I felt safe and reassured throughout.  In particular, the small group environment allowed a closeness and trust that was very palpable.  I felt support throughout the journey.  This is a great course for anyone!

What's Next?! was truly a great experience.  I brought something away from each class, and found the group process to be one of the best parts for me.  Everyone added to the experience and the facilitators were awesome!

This was a great course.  It was not what I originally thought it might be.  It wasn't about trying to figure out what I would be doing in the future, but more a way of learning my strengths and how they will guide me into what's next in my life, supporting me to deal with whatever may come.

The only way this workshop series could have been better for me is if I'd taken it three years ago.  I will absolutely recommend it to others!

I came to this workshop "to help me find my true purpose" - why I was put on this planet.  By the end of the series, I was able to see that I was looking outside myself for something to "do" or a purpose to fulfill.  Now, I am looking inward to who I really am and what I have to offer in any situation that I find myself in.  And how to create a sense of peace and ability to be true to myself.  I'm also able to be aware of those times that I'm not able to be myself and to watch and start to see what's going on for me at those times too.

Joanne's capability to get to the root of what's really going on for me is such a gift.  I'd recommend this to anyone who is open and looking to reach another level of awareness and understanding about themselves and their lives.  Thank you!

I had high expectations; this was MUCH better.  I received so much!!!  I have recommended the What's Next?! Workshop to many people because I believe in this group process to make life-long changes in how one can live life more fully!!!!

A wonderful level of trust was built so that I could openly express myself and move through areas of discomfort and feel incredibly supported by all those around me.  I really enjoyed being part of the support for the other members as well.  I learned so much from participating in their process as well as mine.

Through this workshop, I've realized I have so many choices and options, and I learned how I have conditioned myself to limit my success/happiness and full enjoyment of life.  I now have a very full bag of tricks and techniques to carry me through difficult situations and I know that I can make significant change in my life because I am watching it happen before my eyes!!

It couldn't have been better!  Initially I thought this workshop was "Do this and this and you will find or get this."  It was not so concrete.  To my amazement, I found it was about me connecting with my true self and digging deep to unleash the possibilities as to "What's Next?!"  I was given the tools to navigate through all the things that were keeping me from finding and moving forward to "What's Next."  By using the many tools I've learned to keep me connected to my core self, I've transformed the person who started the workshop in January into a connected, happy, and whole human being.

This workshop challenged me in new ways and I loved every minute of it.  With your patience, encouragement, and a bit of nudge, you really helped to get us where we needed to go.

Believe it or not - the title for each day was so helpful to me - these allowed me to prepare and see how the day may possibly unfold.  I am at a point in my life where I know how important it is to have a support system in place for myself.  This workshop was an important piece of that support, and I would not hesitate to attend a "next step" follow-up series to this workshop if it is created.  This was really and truly a path to discover another way, a better way, for myself to just be in this world.  It has helped me to become more connected to myself which also allows for deeper and more meaningful connections in all areas of my life.  I would highly recommend Joanne - especially in this kind of work - where individuals really want to discover who they are, what they can let go of, all in preparation for "What's Next?!"

Why Do We Lie?!  Communication Without Caretaking  complete the survey

Facilitated by Joanne Lutz

This class was better than I expected!  I felt good about myself, my future, my ability to adopt different habits to enable me to be a caregiver rather than a caretaker.  I'm thrilled to know the difference between the two.  It was an extremely positive experience.

I've worked with Joanne before, and I'm thankful that she always presents me with a challenge.  In this class, I learned something new about myself and got positive reinforcement for what I already know.

The best part of this class for me was coming to understand the difference between "giving" and "taking."  I am grateful for the reminder to always be "present" with my mom on the phone.  I'm going to try to do more caregiving, in the spirit of the season.

I really enjoyed the class - everyone felt safe to share - and it was nice to know that other people think the same way as I do.

Listening to other people's experience and learning from the process was great for me.  I also loved the Power Point..it's always helpful for me to see the information.  It seems to register better.

I felt I could relate the information to specific areas I need to work on.  Now..to continue practicing what I learned in everyday life!

I learned something new about myself in relation to my work relationships.  I truly appreciated the open, honest sharing that happened.  Great class!
